Sedation is a musical journey inspired by the periods of my life when I have needed to use medication to manage my mental health.

Different types of medications can have a wide range of side effects, most of which are unpleasant. However with patience, tolerance, and combined therapy these kinds of treatments can be highly beneficial to a wide range of people. They're a good tool to have in your toolbox. If you'd like to learn more about depression, anxiety, and their associated treatments then I recommend you visit beyondblue.org.au which is a great resource no matter what part of the world you live in.
